The Fiat 127 suffered a small facelift in 1977, coming with restyled front and rear ends, new grille, larger side windows, an extended hatch and new bumpers.
Inside, the car received a new dashboard and other minor changes, mostly regarding the upholstery colors. Under the hood though, the compact received new engines, one of which developed 70 horsepower. This one found its way on the Sport edition, which came with special graphics, leather appointed interior, sporty steering wheel and contrast stitched seats.

The car went particularly successful in Scandinavia and Baltic markets. With luck you can find one on the streets today.
