The G-Class AMG 6x6 is a one-off showcase of how powerful the platform can be and a declaration of independence at the same time, this monster being able to roam freely in any type of terrain.
Based on the G 63 AMG model, the 6x6 version comes with a third set of wheels and added portal axles for each pair, rising the ground clearance to Dakar-rally level. The 400 kW (544 hp) engine, a 6x6 drive, low-range ratio, five differential locks, tyre pressure control system and a special chassis allow this pickup to make progress in environments where the concept of individual mobility normally bites the dust as soon as the road ends.
