A slightly evolved version of the 1926 released 8/38, the Stuttgart model received minor styling adjustments that predated the looks of future vehicles.
The car was available with a choice of multiple coachwork in both saloon and coupe/cabrio body-types sporting regular, suicide and reversed door layouts. The car’s geometry was nicely divided among round, flowing shapes and the square, angular architecture of the cabin. The car had various “hidden” details like Mercedes-Benz engravings that could bee seen only with the car’s doors opened as they were located just above the door sills on a narrow stripe that was otherwise not visible.
