Pontiac continued the G6 series in 2009 with a revised model of the car which now include several new features that differentiate it from its predecessors.
Among the new equipment, we can mention four new exterior colors (Quicksilver Metallic, Summit White, Gold Mist Metallic and Silver Green Metallic), two new Sport packages and the most important, a new fuel-efficient 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine providing an estimated fuel consumption of 33 mpg in highway mode. Pontiac’s XM Satellite Radio is now standard on the base G6 while the remote vehicle starter system has become standard on GT and GXP.
