Suzuki Reno is a compact car produced by the Japanese company exclusively for the North American market, being based on Daewoo Lacetti.
Due to the fact that Daewoo stopped offering its cars to the Americans in 2002, the Suzuki model brought pretty high sales in the first years of availability. Reno is equipped with a single engine which develops 126 horsepower and with two transmissions types, automatic and manual, available as standard or as an option, depending on the version of the car. Moreover, the manufacturer installed air conditioning, power windows, heated mirrors and 15-inch wheels as standard while ABS is optional.
