The Passat R36 Variant is the estate/wagon version of Volkswagen’s most powerful production car to date.
Allowing for more luggage space and a more practical interior, the estate model addresses the space issues while providing at the same time the performance of a genuine sports car. The car benefits from a new roof edge spoiler that provides additional downward force to the rear axle. The engine to provide all the fun is a 3.6l V6 that develops 300 hp and 350 Nm of torque. To handle all that power, VW fitted the car with the 4MOTION all-wheel drive system and a 6-speed DSG gearbox.
